Delivery & Returns


As we hand make all our products and pack them ourselves, it can 2-3 days for your order to be dispatched. If you need an item more quickly then please get in touch and we will do our best to arrange this.

UK Delivery

All UK orders are posted via Royal Mail.
Standard Delivery is Royal Mail 2nd Class (3-5 business days) and is £3 however much you order. 
Delivery Upgrades are available at checkout. Royal Mail Special Delivery guaranteed by 1pm next working day and is £7.25 or Saturday guaranteed delivery for £11.70.

The cut off time for premium delivery is orders placed before 12 noon, weekdays. If you place an order after this time we cannot guarantee delivery by next working day.

International Delivery

Our most popular destinations are all listed in our online shop, if you're country isn't there then please get in touch and we will arrange shipping for you. 

Order Cancellation 

You may request an order cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order.


Our goal at The Wilton Street Craft Co. is to provide you with the best product.

If you are unhappy with your product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a brief description of the reason for your return and ensure your return is sent to us within 21 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

If the item is received damaged or is incorrect due to our error, upon receiving your returned item, we will provide you with a replacement free of charge. 

If you are unhappy with your product for any other reason, we will accept back your product as long as it is unburned, fully intact and in its original packaging.  Once inspected upon its return, we will issue a full refund for the product purchased, however we will not be responsible for the return shipping fees that occur.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to: 51 Wilton Street, Manchester M45 7FT

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
